Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for a growing media operation. This executive will oversee business performance, team development, and long-term market positioning while aligning local execution with overall organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for station operations, setting priorities that support business growth and operational excellence
- Partner with department leaders to establish goals, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with corporate policies, performance standards, and compliance requirements
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and promotions teams to strengthen brand presence and market impact
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and professional development
- Represent the organization externally by cultivating strong relationships with community partners, clients, and stakeholders
